• Plans are to locate them inside our 360 degree Sno & Ice Parks &/or Water-Parks because we can leverage our water technology to lower operating costs

• Second choice is inside one of our domed multi-use arenas

• For our digital aquariums (aka video boards), they'll be placed at hundreds of locations throughout our resort-communtieis

 

Square Feet Per Venue: 

360 Degree Sno & Ice Park:

• The buildings are from 500,000 up to 1,000,000 square feet (gross) approximately but our aquariums will be installed along the walls

• 360 Degree Water-park:

• The buildings are from 500,000 up to 1,000,000 square feet (gross) approximately but our aquariums will be installed along the walls

Multi-use Domed Arena:

• From 500,000 up to 950,000 square feet (gross) approximately

Digital Aquariums aka Video Boards:

• Video boards are attached to walls and "free-hanging" throughout our projects

Minimum Lease Time Frame:

• Thirty (30) years
