Definition
  • A strategic partnership (aka strategic alliance) is a relationship between two commercial enterprises, usually formalized by one or more business contracts.
  • Strategic partnerships work best when both parties have a shared interest, vision, goal and objectives
  • Usually, two companies form a strategic partnership when each possesses one or more business assets or have expertise that will help the other by enhancing their businesses.
  • This can also mean, that one firm is helping the other firm to expand their market to other marketplaces, by helping with some expertise
  • Strategic alliances allow two organizations to work toward common or correlating goals and the idea is for all parties to benefit in the short term, long term or both.
  • A strategic alliance allows the two businesses to get a competitive advantage through access to a partner's resources (including markets, technologies, capital and people)
  • The agreement may be formal or informal, but each party's responsibilities must be clear
  • A strategic partnership will usually fall short of a legal partnership entity, agency, or corporate affiliate relationship

VIP Opportunities For

Global Network of NorthStar Stadium
Resorts-Communities:
  • 30 global projects planned with a 100 year growth strategy
  • Each project is $50+ billion (construction costs) for a $1.5 trillion opportunity

Large Volumes of Products &/or Services

Needed Globally:

  • Long-term contracts for you to supply specific products &/or services for one or more of our resort-communities globally
One or more of the following arrangements:
  • Specific profit margin on all products &/or services supplied or a specific interest charge
Bonus:
  • Up to one billion dollars ($1,000,000,000.00) of complimentary naming/sponsorship rights at one or more of our projects contingent upon a "vendor financing" arrangement (see next section)
Example:
  • AT&T pays the Dallas Cowboys (NFL) between $17 million to $19 million per year for naming rights/sponsorship rights at the Dallas Cowboys stadium in Texas and they only have a stadium
Bonus:
  • ​Stock and/or LLC Memberships in our Holding Company &/or one or more of our resorts contingent upon a "vendor financing" arrangement (see next section) (1)
  • Registration Form is below; first come, first served, subject to guidelines

Minimum Requirements To Be A
Strategic Partner

In Order To Work With Us,

We Need The Following:

  • Even though we'll work with all types of companies, both in size and in different locations, most of the companies need to be at least a Global 1,000 corporation because of the size of our projects
  • Our supply chain is critical to our success and to the trust of our customers... ie condo buyers, commercial clients, visitors, investors, lenders, suppliers-vendors etc... and we must do everything in our power to make sure it's never put at risk
  • We'll give preference to those companies who have global operations (or willing to invest in expansion plans) and are willing to give us a custom proposal in order to work with us for the next 100 years
  • We'll also give preference to those companies who have Vendor Financing programs (see details in this section)  
  • We need a preliminary Letter of Intent (L.O.I.) with contingencies (so everyone is protected) so we can show our other stakeholders (see list above) that we've confirmed our primary strategic partners for our projects
