• Our museums are located in almost all of our high-traffic buildings including a large amount of them in our International Dining Villages

Art Kiosks:

• Our sculpture kiosks are placed in hundreds of prestigious locations throughout each resort including our condo, hotel and office high-rises

Digital Art Displays:

• Our digital art displays will be installed on walls in hundreds of locations throughout our resort-communities

 

Square Feet Per Venue: 

Museums:

• 5,000 up to 25,000 square feet (gross) per venue

Art Kiosks:

• 25 up to 100 square feet per kiosk

Digital Art Displays:

• These are digital art displays that hang on walls (aka computer screens) and they will range from small to very large

 

Minimum Lease Time Frame:

• Thirty (30) years
