Master Lease:

• A master lease is a “controlling lease" under which a lessee can sub-lease a property for a period not extending the term of the master lease

Examples:

360 Degree Retail Malls:​

• We have 3 floors of retail space at each resort-community that's in a 360 degree layout

• Our retail malls will be approximately 1 million to 3 million square feet each

• We're offering "master leases" to well known mall owners/operators that have operations globally.

Three Unique 360 Degree Theme Parks:​

• We have 3 different and distinct theme parks at each one of our Resorts

• 1. Theme Park

• 2. Water Park

• 3. Sno & Ice Park

• Each park is designed and laid out in a 360 degree format

• Our theme parks will be approximately 1 million to 3 million square feet each (subject to change)

• We're offering "master leases" to well known theme park owners/operators that have operations globally.
