We are Brad and Laurie Bowen, husband and wife and we've been married for thirty-six (36) years.
We are legal citizens, born and raised, of The United States of America, and have lived in San Diego for the past thirty-six (36) years.
Mr. Bowen was born and raised in upper state New York, attended Bryant & Stratton College in Buffalo NY, served in the Military with honorable distinctions, is an award-winning artist and publisher, and is the primary designer and developer of real estate projects named "NorthStar Stadium Resorts Intl. (see below)
Mrs. Bowen was born and raised in San Diego, went to San Diego State University for television broadcasting, is an award-winning sales person and won $50,000 from a radio station contest in San Diego when she was younger (see below)

Our project NorthStar Stadium Resorts Intl. is a "start up" project under the classification of sole proprietorship and will be incorporated when the timing is right.

One-hundred percent (100%) of all donations (money) and funds generated from Sponsors, will be used to help us run our company and design, fund and build our real estate developments known as NorthStar Stadium Resorts Intl.
Funds will be used to pay for all overhead (a.k.a. operations) which will pay for office leases(s), office equipment, fees, licenses, banking fees, taxes, salaries, etc.
Funds will be used to pay for professional services including architects, engineers, consulting, surveyors etc.
Funds will be used to hire experts to design all or parts of our resorts projects and any related elements of our developments.
Funds will be used for building permits, licensing, zoning etc.
Funds will be used to hire licensed and experienced construction companies and contractors to build our projects.
Funds will be used to hire consultants in sustainable and green products and services that we want to include with our developments.
Funds will be used to purchase sustainable and green products and services that we want to include with our projects.
We reserve the right to make any and all decisions on the use and allocation of donations and sponsorship funds.
