• Each NorthStar Resort-Community consists of at least 10,000 acres and our food farms are located at different locations throughout our projects for safety and security

Square Feet Per Venue: 

• We will have numerous farming buildings at each resort-community which will equal at least 1,000,000+ square feet (gross) of total food growing capacity

Minimum Lease Time Frame:

• Thirty (30) years
