Minimum Requirements To Be
One Of Our Investors

Because we're pre-selling our condos and pre-leasing our commercial space and we're confirming capital sources from our vendors (aka vendor financing), the risks for investors will be much lower than most real estate developments​
Because of that fact, we have some minimum requirements for you
to be one of our investors:
  • We only want to deal directly with investors and NOT with any third parties 
  • We'll give preference to those companies who have global operations and who are willing to give us a custom proposal in order to work with us for the next 100 years​
  • We need a preliminary Letter Of Intent (L.O.I.) with contingencies (so everyone is protected) so we can show our other stakeholders (governments that we're working with, other investors, vendors, companies that are leasing commercial space, condo buyers etc)
