  • Board of Directors for our global NorthStar Holding Company
    • Help us guide the most important projects in human history into the future​
  • Advisory Teams for each NorthStar Stadium Resort
    • Use your expertise and experience in helping us plan, design, build and operate our sustainable, smart and self-supporting resort-communities​

Minimum Requirements For Each Category

​

  • Board of Directors for our global Holding Company
    • Minimum of of twenty (20) years experience with a global 1,000 company
    • We're looking for a wide variety of expertise and experience including:
      • Real estate development industry
      • Banking-Financing industry
      • Insurance industry
      • Energy industry
      • Communications industry
      • Resorts industry
      • Hospitality-Hotel industry
      • Sports industry including Olympics
      • Entertainment industry
      • Food industry
      • Medical industry
      • and other major categories
    • You must sign a Letter of Intent (LOI)  with contingencies (subject to NorthStar receiving financing) so we can show all stakeholders that you've committed to our company and projects
    • You must commit to at least a five (5) year engagement​
    • Please Note: if your company is investing (as an investor &/or vendor investing)​, your invited to have one or more Board positions contingent upon the amount invested and negotiations

  • Advisory Teams for each NorthStar Stadium Resort
    • Minimum of of ten (10) years experience with a global 1,000 company
    • The same categories and requirements as Directors above
    • Note: if we invite you to join us, your start date "may" be in the future when we build our first project.

Compensation Packages

  • For our Board of Directors for our global Holding Company

    • We're offering a "standard" compensation package that's offered to Directors of Global 1,000 Companies plus bonuses contingent upon how you can help us get financed and other factors
      • Hiring and compensation packages are subject to NorthStar receiving ​it's financing

  • For our Advisory Teams for each NorthStar Stadium Resort
    • We're offering a "standard" compensation package that's offered to Advisers of Global 1,000 Companies plus bonuses contingent upon how you can help us accomplish our objectives
    • Hiring and compensation packages are subject to NorthStar receiving ​it's financing
