• If NorthStar decides to manage one or more of it's own venues, we would like to hire an outside contractor that has the experience and expertise to maximize our opportunities

Stadium:

• 100,000 seat enclosed stadium (in new design) in the center of our projects

8 Multi-use Domed Arenas:

• Located next to our stadium and in-between our "star-points" (aka our bridges aka our people movers)

Casino:

• Located in one of our eight multi-use domed arenas that's next to our stadium

Nightclubs:

• Located in one of our eight multi-use domed arenas that's next to our stadium

Theme-parks:

• 3 separate and unique 360 degree theme-parks placed in the middle of our projects that encircle our domed arenas and stadium

Convention Center, Ballrooms, Studios

(Movie-Music-TV):

• 360 degree buildings that are located close to our 36 high-rises & next to our Dining Villages

Dining Villages:

• 360 degree buildings that are located close to our 36 high-rises

Ocean Pool with Boardwalk & Fountains:

• 360 degree pool and boardwalk located on top of our ten story building in front of our 36 high-rises

Spas, Beauty Salons, Masseuses:

• 360 degree spas, beauty salons, masseuses etc are located in our ten story building in front of our 36 high-rises

• Dinner & Dance Yacht Cruises:

• 360 degree dinner and dance yacht cruises are located on our 10,000+ acre resort-communities on the outer parts of our property (aka outside of our primary buildings complex)

• Located on our 10,000+ acre resort-communities on the outer parts of our property (aka outside of our primary buildings complex)

Square Feet Per Venue:

Millions of square feet per project for almost any type of event &/or celebration

Stadium:

• 100,000 seats with 40,000 square feet field area plus thousands of square feet throughout the facility in different restaurants, meeting rooms etc

8 Multi-use Domed Arenas:

• Each arena will have approximately 40,000 seats with a floor area of 5,000 square feet in addition to thousands of square feet throughout the facility in different restaurants, meeting rooms etc.

Casino:

• From 500,000 up to 900,000 square feet (gross) with thousands of square feet throughout the facility in different restaurants, meeting rooms etc.

Nightclubs:

• From 500,000 up to 900,000 square feet (gross) with thousands of square feet throughout the facility in different restaurants, meeting rooms etc

Theme-parks:

• 3 separate 360 degree theme-parks that are 500,000 up to 1,000,000 square feet each with multiple areas for dining and picnic areas

Convention Center, Ballrooms, Studios

(Movie-Music-TV):

• 500,000 up to 1,000,000 square feet with multiple areas for ballrooms-dining-dancing and meeting rooms and studios

Dining Villages:

• 500,000 up to 1,000,000 square feet in eight different buildings with rooftop dining and entertainment pavilions

Ocean Pool with Boardwalk & Fountains:

• 100,000 up to 500,000 square feet of boardwalk and beach (sand) space

Spas, Beauty Salons, Masseuses:

• 100,000 up to 500,000 square feet with multiple rooms and areas

Dinner & Dance Yacht Cruises:

• The entire dinner yacht is available for special parties and each yacht will hold 50 up to 100 people plus staff

Parks, Lakes, Picnic Areas:

• Hundreds of acres available on the outside areas of our resort-communities (aka outside our primary building complex)
